Requirements:
• strong design and engineering skills
• 3+ years of Java/J2EE design and development experience
• strong theoretical knowledge in OOP/OOD, architecture and design patterns
• experience in designing web-enabled and distributed applications
• experience in creating design specifications aligned with OOD approach
• good written and spoken English
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in JAVA EE development (or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of OOA, OOP
• Understanding of main Java EE concepts (EJB, Transaction management, Servlets)
• Knowledge of standard software development practices, including project lifecycles, project management, code management and release process
• Experience of working in large team environment
• Intermediate English.
Responsibilities:
70% line management (code review, task tracking, issue/bug tracking, estimation evaluation)
30% coding - mostly best practices.

Requirements:
• Experience in test cases development and in manual testing execution
• Knowledge of test methodology and experience in black box testing
• Experience in web-application testing (web services experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of SQL (IBM DB2 knowledge is an advantage)
• Knowledge of issue tracking tools and versioning control tools
• Understanding of integration testing (experience in integration testing is an advantage)
• Good written and spoken English.
